FWIW, I'm subscribed to about 90 mailing lists, and less than 10% set
reply-to, mostly lists that are either closed (only subscribers can post),
or special purpose lists where follow-ups are to be redirected somewhere
else.

Now if this mailinglist is a closed list (is it?) then it would actually
make sense to set Reply-To: (provided that an existing Reply-To: header is
left unchanged).
