Oh no, there's yet another multi-tasking OS: Linux68k ;)

For real: There's a package called MTools that is available for quite
some UN*Xes (e.g. Linux, AIX, Sun).  If I don't read or write a VFAT
discette with Loose95, I use mtools! 

DANGER WARNING  DANGER WARNING
This is no FS, but instead a bunch of tools that you use in conjunction
with a raw floppy device. mcopy, mdel, mformat, mattrib ... all the 
M$-DOS commands prefixed with m!
I could also mail you a raw floppy device driver for MiNT (*.XDD), that 
I have used with tar.
