As mentioned above.  The kernel sources should provide that file.  Or
Frank/Konrad should send me a version that works with both the MiNTLib and
the kernel.

Until then: Change the wrong prototype either in the kernel sources or in
minimal.h.  But take care that you pass the right number of parameters (I
don't know if it should pass environ or not).
