Since installing the full KGMD, I've learned enough about it to compare
with the basic PPPkit and I've been assembling a minimal package that
could eventually become PPPkit 2.0:

   MiNT 1.12.6, Minix, AES 4.1, MiNTnet 1.1, PPPD 2.2.0, ConNexion;

I could have kept the original PPPkit's DOS-friendly approach, but
decided Minix is essential. My time is limited though, and I need
a GEM version of Minit/Fsck to complete the package, plus a better
Dialer that shows the same kind of info as the one in STiK.

Next, we'll need a better installation script that allows adding parts
of KGMD after the basic install has been done, since the current script
doesn't allow adding, say, GCC after the basic KGMD has been installed.
This is one major improvement we need.
