[Freemint-list] FreeMiNT for 21st century

This is great thanks for all this work.

If I could offer one piece of feedback it would be to write up a
description of what MiNT is, who would want it, and what its history is,
and make that the README.md that people first land at. Most people would
have no idea what this thing is. The MiNT wikipedia page (
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MiNT) could be a starting place.  If you want
a native English speaker to help out I can.
