[MiNT] Coldfire Build

For coldfire build,

Is there a setting to enable -mcfv4e (why is this still used in the 
makefiles?) or -mcpu=5474 across the entire build (so I get coldfire 
xfs, xaaes, toswin2, etc).  Did anyone ever build a multilib gemlib?
