[MiNT] GCC 4.5.2

Hello.

GCC 4.5.2 has been released a couple of weeks ago, so I have updated the 
patches for the MiNT target. As usual, I have built the binaries of the 
cross-compiler for Cygwin and Ubuntu 32-bit, they are available here:

This new version is only the official bugfix from the previous one. 
Especially, it fixes the GCC bug 45052 about the volatile attribute on 
struct members. I hit that bug when compiling EmuTOS, but I believe it could 
occur very rarely, probably only on OS/kernel stuff.

So binutils 2.21 + GCC 4.5.2 should be considered more reliable than 
previous versions (which were already very reliable).
