Taskbar tops an app using this code:

case APPL_SHOW:

		msg[4] = apid;

		return appl_write(apid, (int)sizeof(msg), msg);

		return appl_control(apid, APC_TOP, &i);

As you can see there is a workaround for a problem in XaAES - APC_TOP
didn't (still does?) doesn't open a closed accessory while N.AES (which
defined appl_control()) does.
