from looking at Pack3D, EasyMiNT, and something Helmut said, getting memory protection running with ARAnyM requires a TOS style (traditional) boot process from the AUTO folder, instead of its BOOTSTRAP method of booting MiNT Does anyone have a working hardware (non-ARAnyM) solution for booting MiNT with memory protection and use of fVDI + _other_VDI combinations for non-standard graphics cards?
Nova VDI works fine with memory protection. So does MVDI (Milan). Just run the VDI before MiNT. Also, I have not been able to use XaAES without NVDI on anything else than Aranym+fVDI.
