[MiNT] sysdir

Hi!

It is not very important question, but I want to know your opinion. It just
came to my mind, that the sysdir value (i.e. the pathname to the directory
where mint.cnf, modules etc. resides) could be exported at startup time to
the environment, so that programs could know without trying, where the
sysdir is (it can be in one of three directories). I think that some
installers could benefit from that.

The variable would be simply e.g. SYSDIR=/c/mint/ or SYSDIR=/c/multitos/
depending on the config. Objections?
