Look on your harddisk and you will find the files instead. ;-)

Which is also an advantage if you have user-dependent configs.

rpm doesn't know if a package is GEM or not. It can do all that.
Anyway, resource files are a bad idea in general (IMHO). It would be
better to translate only the strings instead of keeping a lot of binary
rsc files.
