Well what's new in 2.4?

The cookie dump is finally done. COmes with a file called cookie.dat
Plain ASCII file, so you can edit/add new entries.
I used the file from m_cookie program. (380 entries already)

Suspend inetd works fine now as it checks if the process has been
changed(stoped/continued).

If you are not running inetd at all, no option will be available.
