sorry, another mintsetter version, 2.3.

what's new since 2.2?
Start to work on some popups in the code (not used yet).
Start to work on a file called cookie.dat which will contain any
cookie, with any description, so IF cookie.dat is found in the
current directory of mintsetter, it will use it when dumping the
cookie-jar. (not implemented yet). The cookie.dat will be a readable
ascii file looking like that:
"NVDI"=whatever comment youwant here to describe the cookie meaning.

So users can easily add new cookie comments.

Oh what's working now is, Suspend/Continue inetd server.
I wanted to have that (personally) as I sometimes wanted to do stuff
that required quite a lot of cpu, so I didn't want anyone to connect
to my falcon (httpd, ftpd etc), so I used to do that manually, send
sigstop to inetd(pid). Now you can do it from mintsetter directly.
If inetd is not even running at the first place, you won't even see
the option available at all. (better than being grayed out (imo)).

I think that's it so far.
