	I think it's the role of the LANG environment variable : one can
suppose the user will use the same langage for system and man, generally.
	Associated with other env. variables. created by locale :
LANG, LC_CTYPE, LC_NUMERIC, LC_TIME, LC_COLLATE, LC_MONETARY, LC_MESSAGES.
