Yes, there are separate packages, using the target name as installation 
directory (/usr/m68k-atari-mint and /usr/m68k-atari-mintelf).

I used /usr because that's the location where other cross-compiler are 
installed, too, and it automatically places the prefixed tools in /usr/bin. But 
you can install it somewhere else as long as you keep the directory structure 
intact.
