Is the source code missing for kernel32 ?

I don't think the Reko decompiler is working fully on TOS binaries
at the moment but it may be worth a look.

Not sure about kernel32, maybe that was also compiled for 020. Since we don't
have the source, i can't tell currently. But the lib/gemma/src/Makefile has
