[MiNT] tos.hyp 5.01

Hello,

I upload a new version from the tos.hyp[1]. You can also find ST-Guides versions[2].

There are no many change. The important info is from Mike Fulton for v_opnwk. The parameter work_in [0[ for screen device is always x = 2 + Getrez().
