You cannot check a filesystem as long as it is mounted. You have to
unmount it first or check it at startup.

This is how my line looks like:

# Filesystemcheck during startup
exec u:\c\mint\bin\sh u:\c\mint\bin\fscheck.sh

It will look for eny ext2 partitions and check it
