[MiNT] Adding FORCE(x) to kentry

Hi,

I would like to propose to add the kernel debug function FORCE (x) to
the kentry struct, so it could be used also from modules. ALERT (x),
DEBUG (x), TRACE (X) and FATAL (x) are already exported but not FORCE
(x). Anybody knows of any good reason why isn't there?.

For your information ozk added it with his work on loading/unloading
modules but it was reverted and put it in his own branch.
