[MiNT] EmuTOS 0.8.6 released

EmuTOS 0.8.6 has been released.

If you use ARAnyM, please download the emutos-aranym-0.8.6.zip package. It 
will run optimally for you.

If you use another emulator, such as Hatari, please download the 
emutos-512k-0.8.6.zip package.

This version fixes a lot of bugs in the XBIOS functions related to the 
hardware clock. It may fix the message "clock skew detected" sometimes 
encountered with "make" when building software on ARAnyM and FreeMiNT.
