[MiNT] gcc 2.95.3:specs

Hi,

I think the specs file for gcc 2.95.3 has an error: It reports m68020 for  
most of CPU-options.

With the attached patch it's correct. It was wrong in the cross-gcc as  
well the rpm-version gcc2-2.95.3-6.m68kmint.rpm.

Or is there a reason for always using m68020?
