[MiNT] Reminder for bug tracker usage

Hello,

I post this message to remind people here that we have a bug tracker,
where they can report issue, and follow how it's going on.

Current URL is:
http://sparemint.org/bugtracker/login_page.php

The main reason I post this is also because it often happens a bug
report ends in a completely off-topic discussion, with totally
unrelated messages, and people don't change the subject when it's
happening.

I also ask bugtracker admins to post message copies to mint mailing
list (here), so interested people can learn about existing bugs,
changes, and solutions.
