[MiNT] Dcntl(FS_INFO... on VFAT partitions

I ran into a small problem last night. According to MiNTlib's dcntl.h,
the upper word of fs_info.type should be 0x3 on minix-partitions, and
0x2 on VFAT-partitions. However, on my Milan with 1.170 release
VFAT-partitions returns 0x3. Is this a bug in FATFS or in MiNTlib? I
don't have any minix-partitions so I don't know what minixfs returns in
fs_info.type.
