[MiNT] New OpenSSL/OpenSSH and also build of GCC for DSP56001....

Since I've been working on OpenSSL at work all week, I figured I might as 
well get it done for MiNT at the same time.  Anyway, I have uploaded 
OpenSSL 1.0.0c and OpenSSH 5.6p1 to incoming, and they are also in my web 
space as well.

Also, using a guide I found on the web, I fixed Motorola's GCC 1.37 
release for compiling C code for the DSP56xxx so it would compile with 
modern versions of GCC, and also uploaded that package as well.  It still 
needs work on the assembling side (the Motorola compiled ASM56000.TTP for 
the Falcon and it do not get along well right now, might want to modify it 
to use another assembler or fix it to agree with it...), but I figured it 
was best to share.  I do hope to work on it more, but there is that time 
issue.

Anyway, gcc-56k and OpenSSH were built on my Falcon with latest (4.5.1) 
GCC and MiNTLib, OpenSSL was cross built on my PS3 with latest GCC, and 
includes lib support for m68000/m68020-60/m5475.
