Yes, this is a new problem.Just installed trunk-XaAES, still no problem. Do you know since when this occurs? The latest change in XaAES is the fix with the edit-cursor.
I'm not sure, as there was a period of about three weeks where my Milan was stowed away. The last XaAES I tried before 14092010 trunk was from 31/8. I'm quite sure that the bug was present in that version too. The last version before that was probably from the first week of August.
I did some more tests last night, and I get other redraw errors with qed too. If you grab the window and move it around the screen and partially off the screen and back, the work area is corrupted. I have never before seen redraw errors in qed, and I have been using the same binary for six years now...
