Just checked : happens at least since 02/09/2010 Trunk release. And only if you use the slider arrows, not if you click into the grey part of the bar.There must be something different on my Milan.
Yes, you are using a different version of qed. Have you checked issue 177? I have written instructions on how to reproduce this error, have you followed these?
