Even 200 years and a millions of apps won't replace a single check, how
does the TOS BIOS set the bits of its Kbshift variable in response to
Insert or Clr/Home to be hit. From the time of writing keyboard.c I seem
to remember that documentation says that these both keys _are_ modifiers.
But Compendium's statements are often false, so it is worth testing.
I can't recall ever reading that Kbshift returns the status of Home and
Insert, but I could be wrong. I will test this on my Milan tonight if time
permits.
