Sorry, I can't reproduce your problem.I have built the MiNTLib trunk on ARAnyM with EasyMiNT and the old tools (gcc 2.95 and binutils 2.13). Your patch doesn't seem to be included.
To avoid trashing my system, I have changed the prefix variable in configvars to an alternate location. After building, I can go to socket and do "make install-man", everything is installed into the right directories.
However I had several address errors reported by XaAES about the "install" program crashing. I have increased its stack then no problem:
stack /usr/bin/install -S 128k Why would this problem appear now and not before ? -- Vincent Rivière
