Do you write INIT=N.AES or GEM=N.AES in mint.cnf? When I had a TT I always started N.AES using GEM= in mint.cnf. There were no problems with NVDI ET4000.I don't think it is possible to start XaAES with GEM=, I don't even know what mint is doing, and what's the difference. But maybe that is a clue.-Helmut
Isn't it to be started from the /etc/ttyab ?console "/usr/bin/xaaes" tw52 on secure (This starts my XaAES) # console "/usr/bin/execgem" tw52 on secure (this would start AES in ROM) # console "/usr/bin/n_aes" tw52 on secure (meant to start N.aes) # console "/usr/sbin/getty" tw52 on secure (this i use to start into textmode)
