[MiNT] Zweather

Something weird is happening.

Yesterday I started Zorro's ZWeather and instead of getting
the proper weather icons it is displaying a snapshot of the
top corner of the screen.

In this case it is showing my Floppy icon or whatever happens
to be covering it.

I switched back to my original rtl nic driver, I had been using
an experimental one, but it makes no difference.

This is using 1.15.12 and ZWeather has worked perfectly before.
