[MiNT] mouse wheel support in xaaes

Hello,

I've found the following in xaaes/moose.adi sources:

$ grep HAVE_WHEEL *
README: Mouse wheel support NOT TESTED! You must define HAVE_WHEEL to  
compile with
whlmoose.c:#ifdef       HAVE_WHEEL
whlmoose.c:#ifdef HAVE_WHEEL

is there a good reason to disable the mouse wheel support by default ?

I'd like to have the mouse wheel support enable by default in CVS so that  
everyone could test it, and add the mouse wheel support in upper and lower  
layers (application, aranym/emutos).
