[MiNT] FreeMiNT 1.16.0 beta release

Hello!

I'm proud to announce the FreeMiNT 1.16.0 beta release. I'm thankful to 
all people that worked or helped on the development and all people that 
still use FreeMiNT.

The beta release include detailed release notes (in english and in 
german) with lot of informations about installation, configuration, most 
important changes and bugreporting.

As you may already know, XaAES is now part of FreeMiNT. This FreeMiNT beta 
release include the XaAES beta version 0.991. This XaAES version is a 
significant evolution of the existing XaAES version. Please read careful 
the release notes as the installation and configuration of XaAES changed 
too.
