[MiNT] Addendum to serial port message

I forgot to mention, that also since installing MiNT version 1.15.9 I get
messages such as the following appearing when programs try to access the
serial ports:

pid 45  (vgetty): tty_read: tty_vtime = 100

Of course as mentioned in my previous message, the serial ports do not
then actually work. Is this message normal, or could it signify what the
problem is?
