I have noticed twice a situation where, after my TT has been on for a few
days (4 days in this case) the load average values, as reported by uptime,
become fixed at a certain value (in this case 0.25, 0.23, 0.19) and never
change. This was particularly obvious as my GEM load chart program shows
a flat line, even when there is a heavy load.
This occurs with FreeMiNT 1.15.1 beta 1.1. I am not sure whether the
problem also occurs with other versions.
