 Correct me if I'm wrong, but to effectively use the Milan, one uses the
TOS's drivers for the S3 card, and only use NVDI "ontop" of those? I.e.,
you disable NVDI's own VDI drivers, the nvdidrv*.sys files in the gemsys
folder. Right?
