[MiNT] Stability of mint ext2fs

Hello MiNTers,

I am going to upgrade my TT's hard disc to a 2 GB model in a few days and
I am not sure whether I should use minix filesystem which has proven to be
reliable over some years of use, or ext2 which is apparently better, but
maybe not so well tested.

Does the newest version of the mint ext2fs driver work well? Are there any
known problems with it? Has anyone had data loss or other problems?

Should I stick with minix until the ext2 is proven better in use, or is it
likely that the benefits of ext2 will outweight any potential problems at
the moment?

I look forward to your suggestions.
