[MiNT] up and running again, but MiNTnet buggers

Hello y'all!

I finally got MiNTOS up and running again.  The key point was to 
change the program header _not_ to run in tt-ram (it can still 
_use_ tt-ram for data, though).  Any explanation why?

However, MiNTnet refuses to work.  

I tried greping the sources, but could not find any explicit paths 
that would lead to binaries not being found (except in Slattach,
paths to Route and Ifconfig - easily fixed).

When Ifconfig and route are started from rc.net, I get the message
"Killed" in both cases.  Same thing if started manually from route.

Btw, this is using the new MiNTNEt 1.03b2 binaries.
