Re: [MiNT] MiNT - Made By Internet Distribution

Bernd Herbert (spelling?) has made something similar for his
MiNT '98 package.

That starts to sound like my NMD... ;-)

How does FHS sound like?

To answer Mario's reply, yes, I have (previously) recompiled MiNTOS
and the libs to use FHS. GNU utils don't need recompiling and most
(but not all) of MiNTnet is already usable within an FHS structure.

That's my goal for NMD as well.

Fishpool runs mainly on Linux and IRIX hardware, true.

I have already talked with Teemu and Kris about this, a while
back. You might recall I even reported it was possible to host
both http://mint.atari.org and ftp://mint.atari.org there.

I might even have located the hardware to dedicate for that.

The question remains, can there be a concensus?
