Done.

I actually have MiNT 1.16, NVDI 4.11r0 and NAES 1.1.0 running.

MiNTOS will have to be recompiled to follow FHS conventions
(Init, Getty and Login currently use incorrect paths to find
each other), so i have removed it.

I haven't tried MiNTnet yet.

Currently, I use a small Minix partition, because the Ext2 tools
refuse to work as simple TTP. It seems they require real CLI.

Something new: MinixFS 0.71 constantly reports block_IO errors
or "inode not written when drive free" (or something), whenever
I copy large directories containing many files. The strange
thing is this version _used_ to work flawlessly, on my old setup.

Then again, maybe Thing 1.27 is to blame here, once again....?
