[MiNT] [action!] debuging 1.16 kernel

Okei, after discussing my problems with the new kernel further with
Mario, we came up with the following questions for all.  Everyone
for whom the new kernel fails, please answer:

TOS version, NVDI version, NAES version, Thing version, 
machine (TT, Hades, etc.), kernel (debug, 68000, 030, 040, other).

My own answers:

3.06 Canadian, 4.11r0, 1.1.0, 1.27e, TT030, debug.

The point is, there _must_ be a pattern to these failures.
Perhaps it fails on specific configurations.  This could
help narrow it down, at any rate.
