[MiNT] "PC=4"-crashes

I might have located the source for all my "PC=4"-crashes in 1.15.1: If
I try to rename a file in /ram, Thing (or mv) is killed. Any further operations
(ls, cd, rm etc.) on /ram will cause similar crashes. And the programs I've had
most problems with (aMail, qed and a few others) all used /ram in some way.

Originally I used a fnram.xfs-binary from March, but I've also tested with 0.58
from 5. May and the problem is still there.
