[MiNT] MP on Hades 040

Many thanks to Odd Skancke. His MMU-Setup-utilitiy also works on Hades 040 very
well. (Even the untested added parameters to mirror $ffxxxx onto $ffffxxxx
seems to work, Odd ;-)

There are no problems running MiNT in copy-back!

But enabling memory-protection, I have troubles with the
PCI-Ethernetcard-Driver written by Torsten Lang.
