Not for me ;) IMO, it wouldn't make any sense for TOS not to set up / reset the MMU on either form of reboot. Remember, this is called /reset/, and that's what I expect to do it. For example, imagine TOS wouldn't reset the video system or the SCSI bus on a warm boot ...
