Correction. It seems that from time to time I get an illegal instruction 
error when the system loads the acc's. 
I already happened that I got such a warning for every acc the system was 
trying to load. 

Furthermore CAB 2.70 doesn't find its "hotlist.htm". Normaly when I 
launch CAB the hotlist is displayed but with the 0.9 kernel I only got a 
empty hotlist window.
