[MiNT] _major_ filesystem bug

Remember the thread about archivers that handle long case-sensitive
filenames?  Some people reported ST-ZIP to be bugged, but it turns
out it's our filesystems:

This morning, I found out that files on VFAT partitions and FNramfs 
show the correct case, in ST-ZIP's fileselector, and preserve their
case once archived.  However, Minix partitions and U: drive show as
UPPERCASE truncated filenames.

What is causing this?  Can it be fixed soon?  Thanks.
