ISDN is _not_ OS specific.  

You can buy an ISDN adapter and plug it straight into any serial port 
and use it with STinG or MiNTnet like any modem, provided you use it in
the AT-commandset mode. 

In fact, an ISDN modem looks exactly like a 56K modem, but it has the
larger version of the RJ connector found on Ethernet cards, instead of 
the regular phone line connector.
