PATHs...

  Okay, under MS-DOG, er Dos, you have a path statement in either CONFIG.SYS
  or AUTOEXEC.BAT (I forget which, not much of a PC user). Anyways, where
  (and what syntax?) do I add a line to get the ability to type in any
  command that can be found in BIN, from any folder/prompt that I'm at?
  
  Please be very explicit-I'm a Mint newbie... (full paths, etc,...would
  certainly be appreciated!)  ;-)
