UPPERCASE -> lowercase converter

Hi!

If I unzip archives to a VFAT- or minixfs-partition the files are usually
saved in uppercase. Quite annoying when using a shell, so I wondered if
anybody has written a utility to automatically convert filenames to
lowercase. The best would be a small GEM-application that you can drag
files/folders to.
