I've been hacking at the iconisation code in TOSWIN for a bit, and
have it working 'nearly' correctly. I've also corrected some bugs
in the dialogs, neated them up a bit and so on.

My version of TOSWIN (compiled with Lattice C with the Mintlibs)
is also 20K smaller than the WWA binary at umich...

Could we collaborate a little bit on these hacks?
