gem.sys and multitos

This place seems a bit dead to me! Before I had to unsubscribe for my 
summer hols, it was a buzzing hive of activity - where is everyone?

Anyway, onto the point in question. Can I improve my AES version 
under multitos simply by updating GEM.SYS??? I assume that is the 
case, in which instance, has anyone got (or can tell me where _I_ can 
get) a GEM.SYS to give me an AES of 4.1??? I've played with a version 
of TOS 4.92 that someone gave me, and now I _want_ those iconise 
buttons.....
